CANADIAN SHIPPING & RETURNS

Free Shipping

MadamMoje.com will ship any order within Canada (see below for exceptions) with a minimum purchase value of $195 before taxes.

Shipping Surcharges

Certain remote areas within Canada have limited delivery service and shipping costs are therefore higher. We are unable to offer our free shipping to these areas but do have competitive rates that you can take advantage of. Once we receive your order we will contact you with the shipping surcharge. MadameMoje.com apologizes in advance for any delays or inconvenience this may cause.

Shipment Receiving Guidelines

These guidelines must be followed in order to guarantee the option of returning any of the products purchased:

For insurance purposes the majority of packages will require a signature.  You must be present to receive, inspect, & sign for your delivery if a signature is required.

Before signing/receiving the package:

Check to ensure you have received the proper number of packages

Check for damaged packaging

When signing for the package it is very important to be as detailed and descriptive as possible on the packing slip before you sign. Your signature indicates acceptance, and if you simply sign without inspecting the packaging or its contents, then you are accepting the shipment “as is”.  If you did not receive the proper number of packages or if any items appear as if they could be damaged, make sure you note this prior to signing.  If damages or shortages are not recorded, the shipping company will not honor insurance claims and unfortunately MadameMoje.com will not be able to honor our Returns Policy.

Immediately unpack all contents to ensure that you were shipped the correct items.  If there are any damages or shortages they must be reported immediately (within 24 hours) using our Returns Policy.

Order Turnaround Time

It is important to MadameMoje.com that we ship your purchase as quickly as possible.  We typically ship in-stock orders within 3-4 business days. In some instances, when items are thought to be in stock but are not available, you will be notified via e-mail of the options available to you prior to shipment of your order.  If your order has a problem and cannot be shipped, we will contact you with a potential resolution.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please note that MadameMoje.com reserves the right not to ship and cancel an order for any reason.

Keeping Track Of Your Order

Once your purchase has been shipped you will be e-mailed a tracking number to check the status of your order. MadameMoje.com is committed to providing the best possible service. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Returns

MadameMoje.com is confident you will be happy with your purchase(s). If you are unhappy with your purchase please call us at (+1) 416-444-1898, to advise us that you are sending your product(s) back and to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the returned parcel. Please note returns will not be accepted at any Madame Moje store locations and must be shipped back to the designated return address.  Items may be exchanged only.  Items that are reduced, are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Free Returns

Additional returns are allowed, but will be at your expense.  You will be responsible for returning the item at your own expense, if the original shipment was shipped free of charge.  MadameMoje.com is not responsible for items that may have become damaged, lost or stolen in shipment. You have up to 20 days from the date of delivery for all returns.

You are responsible for return shipping charges and will not receive a refund of the original shipping charge.

Products must meet the following criteria in order to be returnable:

Must be unused and in the original packaging.

Product must be intact and undamaged.

Free returns – Only if the order was an obvious error on MadameMoje.com eg. Received a different color, size or style.   

Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported within 2 business days of receiving your order. We recommend that you take pictures of the damages prior to opening any packages.

Please follow the return guidelines below to notify us of your damaged items.

Damaged Goods Return Guidelines

The return guidelines must be carefully followed in order to ensure there are no issues when returning your product.

Call us at (+1) 416-444-1898, and request to speak to a Customer Returns Specialist.

The Customer Returns Specialist will record your information and give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  This number is our tracking number for your return and must be referenced in all communications. Follow the directions given by the Customer Returns Specialist to return your order. 

Please note returns will not be accepted at any Madame Moje store locations and must be shipped back to the designated return address.

Returns will be processed within 10 business days of MadameMoje.com receiving them.

Cancelling Your Order

Once an order is placed, you may cancel it free of any penalty provided the order has not been processed for shipping. Please make sure to reference your order number in all communication with us. In the rare cases that we cannot prevent the shipment from taking place, please see our Returns Policy.

US SHIPPING & RETURNS

Purchaser is responsible for shipping cost excluding duty and brokerage charges.  Items may be exchanged only.  Items that are reduced, are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
